These light rolls, with a blend of sultanas, currants and mixed spice are a God send at Easter time. Now we all can continue with a time honoured tradition of breaking bread with our family and friends with these delectable morsels.
Warm them up slightly in the microwave (approx. 10-15 seconds per roll, depending on the power of your microwave) or toast them up in the toaster or in a warm oven for a few minutes.
